Samsung announced on Friday the Samsung Notebook 7 Spin, a multi-functional laptop meant to fit the needs of several types of consumers.

Samsung will showcase the notebook at the International Consumer Electronics Show (CES) next week.

The Notebook 7 Spin features a 360-degree touchscreen, which can swivel around to give the notebook a tablet-like appearance. Like many all-in-one notebooks, the 7 Spin can also take a standard laptop shape and can also be propped up like a stand for presentations.

Standard features on the Samsung Notebook 7 Spin include a VGA camera, a 43Wh battery and several ports: USB Type-C, USB 3.0, USB 2.0 and HDMI, as well as some decent processing and storage specs.

Some interesting features on the notebook include its fingerprint sensor, which works with the Windows Hello security suite. Users can also set up a Privacy Folder to keep sensitive information separate from their home screen. Samsung’s Studio Plus software provides an on-board photo and video editor option for users with creative interests.

While many consumers may be used to Samsung’s built-in S-Pen stylus, the Notebook 7 Spin is compatible with an Active Pen, which will be sold separately. Samsung has detailed that the Notebook 7 Spin will be available within the first months of 2018 but has not yet revealed pricing information.
